CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

When you receive your item,check thoroughly for any defects,only when completely happy and satisfied with the item you should then wear the garment/item or wash it.

Please note colour variations and minor variations in size are not valid reasons for returning an item screen resolutions may vary from one computer to another we cannot guarantee an exact match to the colour you see on your screen

unwanted/damaged items should be returned in the same condition and packaging they were purchased in within 7 days

Regarding Gift box and bouquets refund will only be issued if they are unopened otherwise they will be returned to you

only if you meet one or more criteria ,refund or exchange can be offered, if we receive the item in a condition which does not meet our criteria we reserve the right to return the item to buyer

please note we do not refund shipping cost or issue return labels, the invoice should be returned with the parcel with the reason of return and a note regarding exchange or refund

please return the parcels via royal mail service 1st or 2nd class, it is advised to use a signed for service so the parcel is traceable
